My friend, we are pleased that you have decided to visit our website; but, before you leave, we'd like to give you the opportunity to know without a shadow of a doubt where you will spend eternity.
According to the Holy Bible, we all must face the judgment of God when we die. He allows you to make the choice between Heaven and Hell. The solution is very simple. I trust that after reading this brief note, you will commit your life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
You may ask the question, "Why do I need to do this?" When God created Adam and Eve, He created them as perfect beings. Because they sinned in taking of the forbidden fruit, we all sinned and deserve death and eternity in Hell. Because God is both merciful and just, He made a way for us to escape eternal destruction apart from Him. Just as Adam and Eve had the ability to make a choice, we also have the choice to accept Christ. Please read on:
1.
You must first admit and confess to Christ that you are a sinner. Salvation
requires leaving your old sinful life behind and accepting the new life in Christ.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the
Glory of God;"
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift
of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in
that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
God commands everyone
to repent.
Acts 17:30 "God ... commandeth all men everywhere to
repent."
II Corinthians 7:10 "For godly sorrow
worketh repentance to salvation not to be
repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death."
2.
Because of our sin, we deserve to spend eternity in Hell; but, God gave us one way and one
way only to escape hell and spend eternity with Him.
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is
eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord."
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten
Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
This gift is for anyone who
accepts Jesus as their Savior.
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of
the Lord shall be saved."
3.
About 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ was here on earth to die on the cross and shed his
blood to pay for our sins.
Romans 5:8 "...God
commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us."
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his
only begotten Son, that whoseover believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
4. The
Bible tells us that we must confess Christ as our personal Savior
Romans 10:9
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved."
Dear God, I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness. I repent of my sin and wish to live a new life with Christ in me. I believe with all of my heart that you died on the cross and shed your blood for MY sins. Come into my heart and save me. I desire to turn my life around and place it in your hands; I accept and invite Christ to be my Lord and personal Savior. In Jesus name, Amen!
